I don’t believe healing happens just by analyzing your thoughts or retelling your story over and over.
We work with what’s happening right now — in your body, your reactions, your nervous system and gently shift the patterns that keep you stuck.
Our work is collaborative, grounded, and attuned. I pay close attention to what’s happening beneath the surface and help you do the same, in a way that feels manageable and not overwhelming.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping your system learn that it doesn’t have to stay in survival mode.

Clients who would like to receive reimbursement from insurance are welcome to request a super bill (Provided by Holly M. Taylor LPC for each session once payment is collected) to be submitted by the client to the insurance company.
